• Access to study rooms requires an active monthly pass.
• Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Passes are non-refundable once activated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

• Harass, bully, or send inappropriate messages to other users.
• Attempt to manipulate focus tracking or leaderboard rankings.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Upload inappropriate or offensive profile photos.

• Study rooms are shared spaces. Be respectful of other users.
• Chat messages in rooms should be study-related and appropriate.
• Private rooms are visible only to invited members.
• We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

All content, designs, and code of Daisy's are owned by us. You retain ownership of your personal data and uploaded content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Daisy's is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data, study progress, or damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
